Your Role

Design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions across global geographies. Act as a finance process expert across GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling (CO, PCA, CCA) modules. Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and PS modules for end-to-end process coverage. Lead discovery sessions with finance stakeholders and translate requirements into SAP solutions. Provide guidance on accounting standards, tax compliance, and country-specific legal requirements. Manage financial close activities, performance reporting, and support audit and compliance efforts. Conduct end-user training, create functional documentation, and support S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting and Management Accounting (CO). Proven ability to advise CFO-level stakeholders on SAP-enabled finance transformation. Deep understanding of financial regulations, controlling strategies, and industry-specific finance processes. A Master's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred), along with excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
