Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

end-to-end configuration and implementation

of SAP FICO modules (FI & CO). Manage core FI components:

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA)

. Configure and support CO components:

Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

. Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as

MM, SD, PP, and HR

. Gather and analyze

business requirements

and translate them into

functional specifications

. Lead

unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

. Provide

end-user training

, system documentation, and post-go-live support. Assist with

month-end and year-end closing activities

. Support

S/4HANA migration

and provide guidance on

new functionalities like Universal Journal (AcdocA)

. Collaborate with technical teams for

enhancements, reports, and interfaces (RICEFW)

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field

.

4-10 years

of hands-on experience with

SAP FICO

configuration and support. Deep understanding of

financial processes

(P2P, O2C, R2R cycles). Strong experience in

integration of FI and CO

with other SAP modules. Knowledge of

taxation, financial reporting, and cost control

. Experience with

S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance, Universal Journal)

preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

SAP FICO certification

is an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

Experience in

data migration (LSMW, BAPIs, BDCs)

. Exposure to

SAP Fiori

apps related to Finance. Knowledge of

SAP BTP, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules

. Basic understanding of

ABAP debugging

for issue resolution.
