The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in SAP FICO with excellent technical and communication skills. It is crucial that the candidate has a strong background working with European Union (EU) clients and possesses a deep understanding of European culture. This role will require the ability to lead SAP FICO functions effectively and leverage a significant European cultural perspective. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. Lead and manage SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to timelines. Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices and industry trends. Configure, customize, and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet business needs. Work closely with EU clients, understanding their specific requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with EU regulations and financial standards. Analyze and resolve complex SAP FICO issues and provide ongoing support. Train and mentor team members to enhance their SAP FICO skills and knowledge. Stay up-to-date with SAP advancements and proactively recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Over 15 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementation and management. Strong technical skills in SAP FICO configuration and customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience working extensively with EU clients is a must. Deep knowledge of European culture, business practices, and financial regulations. Leadership and project management skills.
