Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

SAP FICO Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

SAP Finance (FI)

and

Controlling (CO)

modules, with hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO processes. Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting). Configure CO modules (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing). Collaborate with business users to design and implement process improvements. Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT sessions. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Work closely with technical teams (ABAP) and other functional consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.

3+ years of experience

as an SAP FICO Consultant (implementation & support). Strong knowledge of financial processes and controlling concepts. Experience in

SAP S/4HANA

preferred. Good understanding of

integration points

between FICO and other SAP modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certification in SAP FICO is a plus.

Good to Have:

Experience in

SAP Central Finance

or

Group Reporting

. Exposure to

migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA)

. Knowledge of

taxation, GST, and localization

(India or other regions).
