Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems and software along with IT head/Group

Enable process efficiency of operations.

2. Operations Oversee all SAP MM/FICO/WM areas including resolution of the L1 and L2 issues reported by the

business and implementation of improvement areas in these modules

Work along with SAP or external advisors and vendors for L3and product support areas. Ensure

reported issues are resolved in a timely manner as per the SLA agreed with the business team

Manage and support seamless connectivity and operations of retail stores. Perform continuous

process improvement from respective areas using SAP MM/FICO/WM along with business team

members and Internal Audit team and implement these process improvements in the S/4 HANA

system

Ensure the maintenance of current SAP projects and technology systems. Also manage

integration/IDOCs with POS systems. Provide required support to the MIS and BI team in developing

BI/Analytical report. Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for

improvement as per new SAP S/4 HANA versions. Manage SAP technology projects to meet cost,

scope, and schedule constraints

Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements along with

IT head/Group CIO. Provide guidance and expertise in e-commerce, web, and mobile customer

experience channels.

3. Self- Drive innovation for store/depot/head or back office core business operations by recommending

Development viable technologies

4. Stakeholder Build and maintain strong working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, including

Management shareholders across the Group.
