What's this role about?
12 to 15 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support and rollout projects Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc.,
Here's how you'll contribute:
SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting: General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, , Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Product Costing , COPA, Project System.
You'll do this by:
xc2xb7 Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
xc2xb7 Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents
xc2xb7 Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role
xc2xb7 SAP Certification and Domain experience will be preferable
xc2xb7 Estimation of efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed
xc2xb7 Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
xc2xb7 Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP ,SD and PM.
xc2xb7 Leading and mentoring small-sized teams
A highly motivated natural team player with stupendous communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in a goal oriented, target driven work environment.
Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules
Preparation of Blue print for implementing the project.
Validate the reports requirements
Validate any changes in customize.
Sort out day to day queries of end users.
Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement.
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
Minimum of 3 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.

xc2xb7 Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
xc2xb7 Perform root cause analysis on persistent or major problems
xc2xb7 Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issues.
xc2xb7 Experience in SAP Rollouts
xc2xb7 Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)
xc2xb7 Integration of Finance and other SAP solutions
xc2xb7 Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops
xc2xb7 Master Data preparation
xc2xb7 Go-Live activities
xc2xb7 Configure global settings for electronic bank statement define the lockbox control parameters and define the posting data.
xc2xb7 Configure new the activity types for the client in the CO-PC module.
xc2xb7 Participate actively in configuring the inconsistencies relate to FI-GL, FI-AP, and FI-AR modules.
xc2xb7 Configure FI-AP vendor groups, vendor master data, down payments, open item clearing.
xc2xb7 CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers
Master Data components including Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master.
xc2xb7 Taxes
xc2xb7 Currencies and Exchange Rates
xc2xb7 Experience in working with interfaces with SAP
