As SAP FICO Consultant you will provide functional support and helps to make sure the successful completion of the projects and enhancements. Act as Subject Matter Expert in the PTP domain and responsible for the SAP configuration.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing core application finance functional/technical support to business partners
- Create user stories and actively participate in the Agile process.
- Work with the Product Owner for Business support wherever necessary
- Maintain wiki page documentation or help on any other project documentation.
- Effectively communicate issues, findings, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to self-manage and proactively organize and prioritize project activities and dependencies to achieve success
- Conducts postmortem root cause investigation once an incident is resolved to ensure that the issue cannot repeat
- Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues, and implement mitigations
- Coordinates and investigates high-impacting production issues, communicating through all levels to provide detailed and understandable updates until resolution is reached
- Leverage SAP industry standards and best practices
- Work with stakeholders and product owners to develop project scope of work documents and project plans
- Identifies education, training, and process improvement that can benefit users
- Functionally reports to Team lead and reaches to Engineering manager in case of any escalations
