Hiring For SAP FICO - Close & Control (FICO) - Bangalore
SAP Finance professional with over 6 to 9 years of experience specializing in Close and Control (CC) processes within large-scale ERP landscapes.
Proven expertise in period-end close, financial reporting, controlling, accruals, reconciliations, and compliance using SAP ECC and S4HANA platforms.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process standardization, and support global finance transformation initiatives.
Solid SAP configuration experience in SAP Financials, especially but not exclusively FI (GL, AA, SPL), CO (CCA, PA, PCA), Project Systems, Inter-Company, GRIR clearing, asset accounting etc.
Experience in accrual engine, closing cockpit, ledger setup, and consolidation tools (e.g., Group Reporting, BPC, or SAC), closing activities and internal controls, compliance with IFRS local GAAP is desirable.
Good knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, CO, APAR, Treasury, Tax and PS is desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience in global projects, multi-country rollouts, and shared services environments.
Track record of deploying SAP integrated software ERP Finance modules, Template design roll-out.
