Exp: 10-12yrs

\xef\x82\xb7 Understand current SAP system AS-IS and provide production support in FICO responsible area.
\xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, documenting ticket actions and resolutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Classify, escalate and coordinate problem resolution. Communicate with users, working to ensure rapid
resolution and offering training.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system
solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide consulting services on existing support projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Arts / Computer Science, Mgt. Info. Systems or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in

support projects both in ECC & S4.
\xef\x82\xb7 Very good experience supporting General Ledger and more on the following functions:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management
Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.



\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR, PP, PM,
QM & PS
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of accounting business processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be able to lead large and complex Domestic & Global project requirements
working closely with variety of business and IT groups.
\xef\x82\xb7 Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate
effectively at all levels.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be a good team player with proven skills in collaboration with large and global
cross-functional teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills.

Specific Skill
Requirement

MS Office and any other ERP or Technical Experience optional.
Domain experience of Accounting in Automobile or manufacturing are preferred.
