Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA Consultant with strong SLCM (Student Lifecycle Management) experience to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP FICA processes integrated with SLCM modules. Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FICA processes including:
Contract Accounts
Posting & Documents
Dunning
Payments & Returns
Interest Calculation
Correspondence
Implement and support SAP SLCM FICA integration, including:
Student fee processing
Tuition calculation
Sponsorships and scholarships
Refunds and credit balances
Work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects
Collaborate with functional and technical teams for:
Functional specifications
Integration testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Analyze incidents and provide root-cause resolution
Prepare functional documentation and training materials
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience
5 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICA
Strong experience with SAP SLCM (Student Lifecycle Management)
Proven experience in SLCM FICA integration
Good understanding of:
Financial postings and reconciliation
Fee calculation and billing processes
Experience working in support and implementation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams Good to Have
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
Knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional analysis
Experience in Education / University domain
Exposure to SAP FSCM or related finance modules Work Model
