Description: Role :: SAP FICA BRIM Consultant Experience :: 6-10 years relevant in SAP FICA & SAP BRIM Location :: Hyderabad (Temporary Remote) Shift Timing :: 01:00 to 11:00 PM IST Must have Mandatory Requirement Hands on experience with SAP FICA & SAP BRIM Hands on experience with SAP ISU (Industry-Specific Solution for the Utilities) Hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Required Years of Experience Requires 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC configuration and testing activities, specifically in SAP FICA and BRIM processes. Should have prior experience with SAP ISU Multiple SAP implementation full life-cycle experience Project Management and Team Leadership experience Skills Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, particularly SAP FICA, BRIM and ISU processes Solid analytical / problem solving skills Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude Strong organizational and time management skills Responsibilities: As an SAP FICA Consultant you will design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. You will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and or implement technology best practice business changes. Duties include but may not be limited to: Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals Be part of the project delivery team, leading and support implementation FICA and BRIM modules on S4 HANA Responsible to create requirement traceability matrix, design documents, test scripts. Drive discussion with client business during blueprint phase to gather requirements, solution design sign off, demo of configured solution, final UAT sign off Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration SAP application design, development, integration, testing, deployment and technical architecture Manage small teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client Educate local teams on basis SAP FICA and BRIM functionality, and SAP S/4HANA, in general. Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and perform system set-ups in S/4 HANA to meet customer requirements. Perform demonstrations of the updated system, post build (Configuration and Development) activities to showcase the incorporation and validate localization requirements Provide support and subject matter expertise during the execution of testing activities and resolve any specific issues identified during testing Work on the development training materials incorporating requirements and deliver end user training or train the trainer workshops according to the training plans/schedules. Provide subject matter expert support during cutover and go-live activities and perform tasks assigned as part of cutover plan and schedules. Provide support post go-live and resolve post go-live issues Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
