Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong FI/CO, SD process understanding (Preferably S4 Hana version 1709 or later) and implementation experience will be an added advantage

• Strong functional knowledge ofOrder to Cash, General Leger and Fixed assets Management Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.

• Must have exposure on implementation
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and do solution design
• Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy the business needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Ability to provide quick solutions to business requirements
• Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support project
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to the team members
• Help users understand the system better by developing easy to read user manuals

Skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Strong understanding of accounting and business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and provide effective solution
