Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

SAP Executive

to manage and maintain our SAP Business One (SAP B1) environment. This role is critical for ensuring seamless system operations, providing expert end-user support, and resolving technical issues promptly. The ideal candidate will be based in Ludhiana and possess hands-on experience in SAP B1 configuration and support.

Mandatory Requirements

Graduation in

BCA / MCA

is required.

Experience:

2 - 3 years

of proven experience in an SAP support or administrative role.

Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

SAP Support & Configuration:

Provide robust, day-to-day

SAP B1 end-user support

, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with transaction processing.

System Issue Resolution:

Act as the

primary resolver

for system and application issues encountered by users across the SAP B1 landscape, ensuring minimal operational downtime.

Training & Maintenance:

Conduct effective

user training

on various SAP B1 processes and modules. Actively perform system maintenance tasks to ensure long-term stability and optimal performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in

SAP B1 end-user support and configuration

. Strong ability to diagnose, analyze, and implement fixes for system issues.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?31,533.54 per month
