Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team\xe2\x80\x99s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech)

SAP Certification in Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) as added advantages

Good integration knowledge with other components with SAP S/4HANA (WM, SD, MM) and other SAP or Non-SAP legacy applications

Must have SAP EWM/WM Functional implementation experience / Roll out experience & Support Experience in EWM.

Worked on S/4(integration with S/4 Hana system) as added advantages

Must have worked on SAP EWM with RF environment

Should have conducted blue print workshops at client site & expertise in implementing best practices.

Expecting Debugging skills to identify technical issue in WM & EWM modules

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have design and configuration experience in EWM/WM/LE module: Inbound/outbound/manufacturing process with Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing, HUM, Cross docking, Yard management, Labor management, Physical inventory, Shipment, Internal Warehouse EWM Processes and return process.

Experienced in designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementation with ITS Mobile.

Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (EWM/WM) and other SAP cross functional experience in MM, PP&SD.

Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, 3PL, etc.) /internal legacy systems. Integration experience with SAP 3PL preferred.

Must have experience in migrating data to SAP EWM & Post migration data validation/ Reconciliation in various Projects.

Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing

Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template.

Working experience with EWM queue management and resolutions.

Good experience in LOSC/POSC.

Good experience in all standard SAP EWM configurations including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations.

Working experience with Serial number and batch management.

Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking etc.

Good to have experience on EWM Replenishment, Slotting & Rearrangement Processes.

Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Other Requirements:

Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Planning, Manufacturing & warehousing processes experiences are added advantages

Experience in SAP Material Flow Systems (MFS) or any other third party automation tools will be desirable

Experience in EWM technical knowledge will be an added advantage

Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution will be preferred

Must have good understanding on S/4HANA Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes

Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology

Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable

Good Communication skill in English
