Mandatory Skill

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP WM module, including storage types, bins, movement types, and picking strategies, to align with our unique business needs.
• Lead the design and implementation of streamlined warehouse processes, encompassing goods receipt, put away, stock transfers, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Work collaboratively with ABAP developers to address customizations and enhancements within the SAP WM module.
• Provide expert-level training and support to end-users during and after the implementation phase.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SAP WM processes to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Perform routine system audits to identify discrepancies and optimize system performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP WM & amp; MM and recommend process improvements accordingly.
• Participate actively in system upgrades, module enhancements, and new implementations.
• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for evaluating warehouse process efficiency in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master & degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years & proven experience as a dedicated SAP EWM Consultant, including end-to-end implementations and post-implementation support. Deep understanding of SAP EWM module functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proficiency in optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SAP EWM-related technologies, such as RF devices, barcoding, and EDI integration.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, especially in diagnosing intricate technical issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• SAP WM certification is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with experience working within an Agile environment.
