About the department DD&IT Product Supply, within the Global IT Organisation, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. Position Novo Nordisk has recently initiated the Warehouse 4.0 program with the purpose of automating warehouse operations by applying modern technology, e.g., mobile robots (AGVs/AMRs) and shuttle systems. SAP EWM has been selected as the IT system of Warehouse 4.0, therefore being the key enabler to Novo Nordisk\'s digitalisation journey. As SAP EWM Functional Consultant, you will be part of an agile team working with the deployment of SAP EWM across the world. You will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Sites and our agile organisation in Supply Chain IT, where you engage in an agile delivery program within the Produce & Deliver, including line of business, IT team members, as well as external vendors. The team you will be working with comprises of close to 30 highly skilled and passionate project members based primarily in Denmark and India. The team has an ambitious road map, and the coming years will ensure definition of global standards and implementation hereof in strategic locations across the world. You will contribute to the design and implementation of the standard SAP EWM template to support the required business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible to drive the SAP EWM solution and it is an advantage if you have experience in EWM configuration incl. MFS which interfaces to warehouse automation. You will also be involved in dialogue with Product Supply colleagues across the supply chain, ensuring that the solution delivered is aligned with business requirements. To achieve this goal, you will be working closely together with a wide range of stakeholders both in IT and in line of business. A high level of quality must be ensured in your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements. Qualifications Mandatory: You are preferably an advanced SAP EWM functional with proven implementation and development track record of relevant 4+ years of experience (overall 6+ years of industry experience). Nice to have: You, having a deep knowledge and experience within the SAP EWM module incl. MFS functionality deployed in automated warehouse, is an advantage. Optional : You have substantial experience in configuring within SAP Logistics modules (MM, WM, SD) and have a solid understanding of integration between the modules and systems. You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions with respect to a standard mindset. You can keep the overview of the high-level solution and processes, but you are able to perform analysis on a detailed level as well. You have experience in presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. You are experienced working in an Agile Organisation, and it is furthermore an advantage if you have experience with the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations.
