To design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM processes for Visteon's global SAP program, ensuring efficient, accurate, and stable warehouse operations aligned with the global EWM template and business requirements.

Key Objectives of this RoleDeliver SAP EWM Configuration & Build: Configure inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and production supply processes in line with the global EWM design. Support Global Rollouts: Execute EWM blueprinting support, build, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, and hypercare activities for each rollout site. Ensure Warehouse Execution Accuracy: Enable accurate picking, packing, HU management, RF execution, and inventory handling. Support Integration Scenarios: Ensure correct integration between EWM and S/4HANA modules such as OTC, PP/DS, MM, and Finance. Reduce Manual Work & Errors: Leverage SAP standard EWM functionality to improve productivity and minimize workarounds. Stabilize Operations Post Go-Live: Resolve defects, analyze root causes, and support AMS transition. Adhere to Global Standards: Follow the approved EWM template, governance rules, and design principles with minimal customizations.


Key Performance Indicators
Build & Delivery KPIsTimely completion of EWM configuration and assigned deliverables. Defect resolution rate during SIT/UAT and hypercare. Adherence to global EWM template and design standards. Quality of configuration and functional specifications.

Operational KPIsReduction in warehouse execution issues post go-live. Picking, packing, and inventory accuracy metrics. RF transaction success rate. Stability of EWM processes during peak operations.

Testing & Support KPIsNumber of defects leaking past UAT. Mean time to resolve EWM-related issues. User satisfaction during hypercare and stabilization.
