Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) * Strong expertise in end-to-end SAP EWM processes (e.g., warehouse structure, goods receipt, order picking, etc.)

• Lead/Participate in workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders globally.
• Experience with minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA or SAP EWM 9.5 implementations (preferably Decentralized environment) particularly in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Mandatory SAP EWM skills to have are configuring the SAP EWM system as per business requirements in Inbound, Outbound, Internal Process, RF Framework, Physical Inventory, IDOCs/qRFC, Production Supply etc.

Good-to-Have
Knowledge on SAP MM/WM, S/4 HANA Embedded EWM, with moderate knowledge of ABAP/Debugging

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, training, and mentoring junior team members.
