About The Job:

• We are seeking a skilled SAP Enable Now Administrator to manage and optimize our SAP Enable Now (SEN) environment.
• The administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP Enable Now to ensure seamless content creation, deployment, and training management.
• This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, instructional designers, and IT teams to enhance user adoption and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• The SAP Enable Now Administrator will work closely with and report to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, ensuring alignment with change management initiatives, evolution of business processes and training strategies.

Essential Job Functions:

• SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION: Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Enable Now, including system updates, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Content & Template Management: Oversee the content lifecycle, ensuring proper structuring, versioning, and publishing of training materials. Develop and customize templates to standardize and streamline content creation for consistency.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support for SAP Enable Now-related issues and assist trainers, content creators, and end-users with troubleshooting and usage.
• Integration & Customization: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Enable Now with SAP and non-SAP applications to enhance training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Security & Compliance: Manage user roles, permissions, and system security in line with organizational policies and data protection regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track system performance, analyze usage metrics, and generate reports to drive improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, instructional designers, and IT teams to align SAP Enable Now with training needs and digital adoption strategies.
• Training & Guidance: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users and content authors on SAP Enable Now functionalities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP Enable Now upgrades, emerging trends, and best practices to enhance platform usage and user experience.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to support administration and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Enable Now administration or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP modules or other enterprise software solutions is a plus.
• SAP Enable Now certification (preferred).
• Exp required: 5 - 12 years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Enable Now administration, including configuration, content publishing, and user management.
• Experience integrating SEN with SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC) and LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of SCORM, e-learning standards, and instructional design principles.
• Understanding of SAP security, roles, and permissions.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the content, user guides, and materials created within SAP Enable Now.
