- Multi-country payroll (Singapore mandatory; China preferred)
- SuccessFactors & S/4HANA integrations
- Payroll statutory compliance & testing
- Solution architecture & design leadership
- Client-facing consulting & stakeholder management
- Team leadership, mentoring, people management
- Pre-sales / RFP support
- Strong English communication (Mandarin a plus)
