Design and configure compensation structures including:
Salary Planning
Bonus Planning
Budgeting
Guidelines and eligibility rules
Compensation statements
Set up
business rules

workflow approvals
, and
permission roles
related to compensation planning.
Integrate Compensation with EC Core
(job info, pay components, events, position data).
Create and maintain
Compensation templates
,
cycle configuration
, and
currency management
.
Support testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
Prepare
functional specs
, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
Resolve issues during implementation, testing, or post-go-live support.
Provide knowledge transfer and
end-user training
to HR teams and clients.
Stay updated with SAP roadmap for
SuccessFactors Compensation & EC integration
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years
experience working in
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
.
Hands-on experience with
Employee Central (EC)
and its integration with Compensation.
Strong understanding of
HR compensation processes
including annual merit cycles, bonus planning, and pay-for-performance models.
Experience configuring:
Compensation templates
Eligibility rules
Budget and guideline rules
Executive review
Experience working with
SuccessFactors Provisioning and Admin Center
.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation and EC
