Opportunity
Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to be an ideal candidate who will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting complex SAP S/4 solutions. Seeking in-depth knowledge of SAP modules as well as subject matter expertise with core processes in sector. Must have a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP Solutions.

15+ years professional experience with additional expert knowledge in SAP modules and deep understanding of integration into SAP S4/Hana. Able to comprehensively apply that expertise across all applicable industry verticals. Recognized externally as an expert in a specific area of the solution. Consistently updates knowledge of the latest SAP releases, capabilities, and roadmaps. Aptitude and attitude to rapidly pick new technologies or value propositions relevant across Capgemini lines of business and effectively map them to the requirements of our existing and prospective clients. Expert in multiple core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop. Invited to publish or speak at industry events (virtual or physical).

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Additional ResponsibilityRecognized by peers as always being current/tip of spear on domain knowledge. Shares that knowledge and encourages peers' commitment to continuous learning. Build and maintain commercially productive relationships with multiple complementary third-party organizations at a regional level. Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region. Contribute learnings and content from delivery programs to enrich our body of knowledge for the domain or industry. Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a client's requirements, and or , including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV. Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini. Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc). Demonstrated ability to overcome natural friction and challenges in complex multi-BL proposals to deliver the right solution for the client and for Capgemini as a whole. Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context. Can create and articulate a north star for the engagement, and the business benefits which the proposal will deliver for the client.
Additional ResponsibilitiesAble to estimate the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities more than $50 million across Capgemini lines of business. Able to develop and present innovative implementation strategies, including consideration of a client's budget, cash flow, and time to value. Able to identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies (including outcomes-based models) which are appropriate for delivering business outcomes and associated value while being commercially viable to Capgemini. Able to deliver a compelling presentation to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement. Able to own plan and deliver an entire oral presentation across Capgemini lines of business for an opportunity of more than $50 million. Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects greater than $50 million. Able to take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across Capgemini lines of business. Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of a large transformation project more than $50M. With detailed understanding of all functions and phases across the many services required of Capgemini and its 3rd party partners to deliver the program outcomes.

Key qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 10+ years professional experience in SAP solution architecture, with a deep understanding of (industry), SAP modules, technologies, and integration points. Proven experience leading and managing a team of SAP architects in senior management role. Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies. - S/4HANA, BTP, current and emerging patterns for a composable enterprise including Analytics, Data, Integration, Best of Breed / Best of Suite for Line of Business solutions, and ability to stitch SAP and non-SAP applications together across the application topology to deliver outcomes for client. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with executives and technical teams. Ability to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives through SAP solutions. Experience in managing relationships with SAP vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
