We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer with strong SAP Basis and HANA administration expertise. This role focuses on designing and executing SAP landscape migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of SAP landscapes for migration from on-prem to GCP
Perform hands-on SAP Basis and HANA administration: installations, upgrades, patching, backups, and performance tuning
Set up and manage high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including HANA System Replication and clustering
Execute end-to-end SAP system migrations to GCP, including planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization
Configure GCP infrastructure components such as Compute Engine, networking/VPNs, storage, and IAM for SAP workloads
Ensure security, scalability, and cost optimization in GCP configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for smooth project delivery
Document architecture, configurations, and operational processes
Mentor junior team members and support troubleshooting across environments
Key Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in SAP Basis and HANA administration
Proven expertise in SAP system migrations, particularly to hyperscalers like GCP
Deep understanding of HA/DR strategies and tools (e.g., HANA System Replication, OS clustering)
Hands-on experience with GCP services relevant to SAP workloads
Strong skills in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project teams
