Job description Compressor Technique logistics is rolling out the SAP S/4 HANA solution with embedded warehouse management and transport management in our global distribution centers. We went live successfully in the North American service center, the Asia-Pacific service center and the Torino Distribution Center. Next on the planning is the distribution center in India and finally the service center in Antwerp. For this very important strategic project we are now looking for a motivated and competent developer to be part of the core team. You will be reporting to the DC IT program manager. Your task is to participate in the development track of this project in line with the overall project planning. It is your responsibility to make sure that the development requirements of the different DC\'s are implemented in close collaboration with the different functional analysts and in the most efficient way. You\'re responsible for: As SAP ABAP developer you will be part of building and maintaining the SAP platform for our Service Centers globally You are responsible for translating functional specifications into technical designs, in close collaboration with the functional analysts Along with the functional analysists, you develop applications in order to increase customer satisfaction levels You build applications in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori GUI for different modules (SD, MM, FI, EWM, TM). Also developing interfaces with other Group applications is in scope You develop test scenario\'s and test newly programmed and modified applications, together with the functional analyst You are responsible for technical program documentation You are taking care of support tickets requiring technical involvement You handle requests on roles and authorisations Experience requirements - You have good knowledge of SAP, ABAP and Fiori. - You have good knowledge on setting up authorisations or are willing to learn - You are experienced in collaborating with functional analysts - You can interpret functional requirements and translate into technical solution - You can document your developments for future reference Knowledge - Experience with ABAP, SAP Fiori and Adobe Forms is a must - Experience with and understanding of logistical processes is a plus - Knowledge of following SAP modules: MM, FI, CO, SD, EWM, TM is a plus - Speaking English fluently is required. - Software skills like Office are required Educational requirements - At least a bachelor degree in Information Systems Personality requirements - Affinity for IT and new technologies - Customer oriented and target driven - Analytical, methodical and precise - Good communicator and flexible attitude. - Team player - Continuously looking for improvements - Willing to go the extra mile Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
