Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and support).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met.
Develop and track detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Lead a team of SAP consultants (functional & technical) across multiple modules.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling throughout project lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams on solution design, proposals, and client pitches.
Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Ensure smooth transition of projects from implementation to support.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback to SAP project teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in
delivery/project management
roles.
Strong knowledge of multiple SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, SAP FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP projects successfully.
Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, ASAP, Activate, etc.).
PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification preferred.
