Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end cutover planning and execution activities for SAP implementation, rollout, or migration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing complex cutover events across multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth transition from project to production with minimal business disruption.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, own, and manage the Cutover Strategy, Plan, and Schedule across all project phases. Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to define cutover tasks, dependencies, and sequencing. Manage mock cutovers, dry runs, and rehearsals to validate readiness and identify risks. Coordinate with basis, infrastructure, data migration, and business process teams to ensure successful transition. Drive cutover readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and post-cutover stabilization. Ensure all pre-cutover, cutover, and post-cutover activities are properly tracked and executed. Identify, track, and mitigate risks/issues related to cutover timelines and dependencies. Work closely with PMO, Release Management, and Change Management teams to align cutover milestones. Document lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement for future releases or projects.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years as a Cutover Manager. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) and integration touchpoints. Experience working with global SAP transformation programs. Prior experience in SAP Activate or Agile methodologies. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades. Proven experience managing large-scale cutovers involving multiple systems and geographies. Expertise in project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage activities across different time zones. Familiarity with data migration, transport management, and infrastructure readiness. SAP certification or PMP certification is an advantage.
