Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant

Experience level: Senior (7-8 years) in SAP S4 implementation project as customizer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) & S/4HANA Service module.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of service processes and a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations/rollouts and migrations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Service modules (Service quotations, Repair orders, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Maintenance contracts and Service Confirmations, etc.)
Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions using SAP best practices.
Lead workshops, design sessions, and blueprinting activities with business stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI-CO, PM) to ensure seamless integration.
Support data migration, testing (unit, integration & UAT), and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing post-go-live support.
Document functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and cross teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7-8 years of experience in SAP Service Management (CS/SM) with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation and Production Support experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service functionality: Service quotations, Repair Orders, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Maintenance contracts and Service confirmations etc.
Experience with integration to SAP SD, MM, FI-CO, and PM modules.
Understanding of SAP Fiori apps and the S/4HANA user experience.
Ability to write functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Design solutions for complex manufacturing scenarios such as make-to-order (MTO), third-party sales, and intercompany processes.
Strong experience with Pricing procedures, output control, aATP (Advanced Available to Promise), and batch/Serial Management.
Map business processes related to Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Support Data Migration for customer master, material master, pricing conditions, Functional locations, Equipment's, Employee masters, open orders, open contracts and open spare parts orders using SAP Migration tools such as LSMW, BDC and LTMC.
Provide go-live preparation and post-go-live support, including issue resolution and system optimization.
Benefits

Experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces and external system integration
Exposure to CRM Service, S&D, PM with aATP is an added advantage
