Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on
SAP (FI/CO or other assigned modules)
and
Accounting fundamentals
.
Design and deliver structured course content, lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments.
Provide hands-on guidance using SAP systems, case studies, and software demonstrations.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback, mentoring, and support.
Assist students with interview preparation and industry-based practical exposure.
Keep curriculum updated with the latest SAP and accounting standards, industry practices, and software changes.
Prepare learning materials, assignments, PPTs, and mock assessments.
Maintain attendance records, student performance reports, and deliver progress updates to management.
Contribute to curriculum improvement, academic quality, and student satisfaction.
Support placement readiness through resume correction, practical projects, and technical Q&A sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Professional certification in SAP (FI/CO preferred) is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of:
SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, or others (as applicable)
Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
Core accounting principles, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Prior experience as a trainer or corporate accounting professional.
Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver engaging learning experiences.
