Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP SRM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SRM-related activities Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure and customize SAP SRM modules including: Sourcing Contract Management Supplier Self-Service (SUS) Catalog Management Procurement (P2P) Integrate SAP SRM with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other third-party systems Manage workflows, approval processes, and business rules Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for RICEF developments Lead testing activities (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live Provide production support and resolve critical issues Mentor junior consultants and manage offshore/onshore teams Ensure compliance with procurement and audit standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of SAP experience with

5+ years in SAP SRM

Strong hands-on experience in: SAP SRM 7.x P2P, Strategic Sourcing & Contracts SUS and catalog integration Good understanding of SAP MM and procurement processes Experience with: SRM-ECC integration IDocs, RFCs, Web Services Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with

S/4HANA Central Procurement

Exposure to SAP Ariba (added advantage) SAP certification in SRM / MM Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Retail domains
