Handle end-to-end SAP CRM-ISU implementation and support activities independently.
Lead requirement gathering, business discussions, and process design with clients.
Manage key Utility processes like Move-in/Move-out, Disconnection/Reconnection, Contract & Order Management, Customer Service, Front Office & MDT.
Prepare high-quality Functional Specifications, Process Documents, and design deliverables.
Troubleshoot issues effectively using strong debugging, analysis, and root-cause methods.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FICA, Billing, DM, IDEX, etc.) for seamless integration.
Act as a client-facing lead, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the SAP CRM-ISU landscape, covering both implementation and support.
Strong domain understanding of Electricity, Gas, and Water Utility industries.
