Position: SAP CRM Functional ConsultantExperience: 4-6 Years Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Notice Period: 0 to 15 Days Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements for SAP CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)Configure and customize SAP CRM modules as per client requirements and best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutionsPrepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrationsConduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide post-implementation support and troubleshootingTrain end-users and prepare documentationWork closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, PI/PO) to ensure solution deliveryRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field4-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP CRM Functional ConsultantExperience in at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementationStrong functional expertise in SAP CRM modules -- Sales, Service, and MarketingExperience with SAP ECC integration, middleware, and data migrationAbility to write functional specifications and coordinate with technical teamsStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP S/4HANA Customer ManagementExposure to SAP Fiori and UI5 applicationsKnowledge of data migration, data cleansing, and data integrity practicesExperience handling multiple projects and driving process optimizationProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Strong problem-solving, research, and documentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹854,994.11 - ₹2,090,157.38 per year
