: SAP CRM Functional Consultant (S/4HANA)
Experience: 5+ Years
S/4HANA Implementations: 1 3 End-to-End
Location: Offshore (Candidates should be willing to go onsite to Dubai if client requires)
Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience as SAP CRM Functional Consultant
• End-to-end experience in SAP CRM implementations integrated with S/4HANA
• Expertise in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center (IC) processes
• Strong knowledge of Business Partner, Organizational Management, and CRM Master Data
• Experience in CRM S/4HANA integration (Orders, Billing, Pricing, Middleware)
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Configure and customize SAP CRM functional components
• Work closely with technical teams for enhancements and integrations
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation

Preferred:

• Implementation-focused experience (less support exposure)
• Exposure to S/4HANA migration or greenfield projects
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel onsite (Dubai) if required
