Job Opportunity: SAP CPS (Configuration and Pricing Service) Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPS Lead to drive the technical architecture, provisioning, and integration of SAP Configuration and Pricing Service. This senior-level position (10+ years) focuses on delivering seamless customer experiences by connecting complex backend logic with intuitive frontend functionality.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert proficient in designing pricing logic, Variant Configuration, and integrating SAP CPS with SAP Commerce Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Rule Programming: Design and implement complex business rules, pricing procedures, and Variant Configuration (VC) to support diverse and multi-layered product catalogs.

Data Orchestration: Manage data transfers from SAP ECC to SAP CPS using SDI Agent, ensuring data consistency, quality, and integrity.

System Integration: Lead the end-to-end integration between SAP CPS and SAP Commerce Cloud, ensuring accurate real-time pricing and product configuration. Ability to create and manage Kyma Services for integration scenarios.

Optimization: Drive performance tuning of the pricing engine to support high-volume transactions and sophisticated configuration logic.

Technical Qualifications

Domain Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP configuration, pricing, or related technical roles.

SAP CPS Mastery: Proven experience in provisioning, configuring, and managing SAP Configuration and Pricing Service in a cloud environment.

Variant Configuration (VC): Strong technical expertise in SAP VC, including dependency rules, characteristics, classes, and complex configuration models.

ECC Integration: Extensive experience with SAP ECC backend structures and using SDI Agent for master data imports.

Commerce Cloud Integration: Hands-on experience integrating SAP CPS with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) for B2B/B2C pricing and configuration.

Programming Skills: Ability to write, modify, and debug rule sets and underlying pricing logic.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or related integrations.

Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior developers/consultants.

Additional Details

Experience: 3 to 12 years (Overall SAP experience acceptable if CPS expertise is strong)

Duration: 6-month project (extendable based on performance)

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
