Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

SAP CPM (Commercial Project Management) / EPPM Lead Consultant

to lead solution design, implementation, and integration efforts across complex project environments. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), conduct workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of SAP CPM/EPPM solutions in an S/4HANA landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP CPM/EPPM solutions. Ensure alignment of solution architecture with organizational project and portfolio management requirements.
Requirements Gathering and Translation

Conduct detailed business and user requirement workshops. Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Integration Management

Manage integration of SAP CPM with other SAP modules such as: SAP Project System (PS) Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP Fiori applications Ensure seamless end-to-end process flow across modules.
Project Leadership

Provide guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Business Advisory

Act as an SME for project forecasting, resource planning, project controls, and the commercial project lifecycle. Advise business teams on best practices for CPM/EPPM processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with business process owners, leadership teams, and project stakeholders. Build strong relationships and drive clarity in requirements.
Team and Project Coordination

Lead workshops, manage work packages, and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams. Ensure consistent communication and alignment across cross-functional groups.
Training and Support

Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide post-go-live support. Ensure smooth operations and drive user adoption.
Methodology Adherence

Follow SAP project management methodologies such as ASAP and Activate. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Key Skills and Experience

SAP CPM Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and/or Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM).
SAP Implementation

Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation and upgrade projects.
Project Management

Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills for complex enterprise-level projects.
Functional and Technical Skills

Ability to configure CPM/EPPM solutions and work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable presenting solutions and leading business workshops.
Problem-Solving

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address functional and technical issues.
Business Acumen

Ability to understand business requirements and deliver practical and effective solutions.
Educational Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
