YOUR TASKS

Create the new packaging part as per packaging data sheet in PDM and MM for Europe locations Provide user authorizations and 1st-level support for SAM WF. Manage SAP H01 workflows (WFs) related to packaging and transport invoices. Check and distribute workflows to the responsible Logistics colleagues for approval Follow up for confirmations and cost center (CC) bookings. Return completed workflows to Accounts Payable (AP) with CC booking confirmation. Handle approval processes for packaging and transport invoices. Receive requests from Global Purchasing (PUR) to support supplier incoterm changes (e.g., DAP to FCA). Calculate transport costs based on our agreed forwarders rates for the specific routes and volumes. Process ePW creation requests received from the Global Transport team, including route, budget, internal order, GL account, and CC details

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in, Packaging specialist developer , logistics coordination, or transport cost analysis (preferably in the automotive industry) SAP independent user level in minimum one SAP module of the Supply Chain Highly skilled in MS Office package, in prioritization and organizational aspects, goal oriented, ability to multitask Able to work in a structured and independent way, solid analytical thinking, and increased attention to detail Team player with a positive can-do attitude, customer and KPI oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities Self-motivated to propose process and system improvements and able to detail requirements for implementation Bachelor's degree /Diploma, Business Administration, or a related field Experience working with SAP workflows and invoice approvals is an advantage. English is a must, German would be a plus
