:Mandatory Requirements: o Minimum of 3 to 5 year experience in leading and delivering large scale experience in leading large scale SAP FICO / IT Finance based support & enhancement projects, preferably airline related. o Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively o Work with Project Management to understand the business requirements and priorities of deliveries. oSAP Skillset: o 2-3 full cycle implementation experience, 2 -3 Rollout projects , 4-5 E2E Support projects o Broad knowledge of FICO areas (New General Ledger, Special leaders, Accounts Receivables, - Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting, Banking Automation, Cost Element -Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal orders, Profitability Analysis , FSCM , IDOC and Interface related knowledge ). o Expertise with the integration aspects of FICO module with other functional modules SD, MM, FSCM. o Ability to work with ABAP / Development team to help them to understand functional specs. o Ability to understand the ABAP logic and debug the program. Additional Skills o Helped organizations to redesign financial processes to make the process more efficient o Ability to understand the business requirements, analyzing, documenting & designing in technical and functional specs. o Ability to learn and perform airlines business related custom functions. o Ability to prepare functional specs document and explain to the customer. o Ability to define the test cases / Integration test cases and perform the testing o Meet the SLAs and to raise the bar in the quality of support services o Ability to communicate issues, options for addressing the issues and status on projects with managers, peers and users in the business through oral and written as appropriate to audience. o Documentation of configuration, design elements allowing easy support and knowledge transfer. o Collaborates with other functional analysts to develop effective SAP solutions. o Strong organizational skills required with ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize project requests. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to create the document in ways that anyone can understand. Good to have Skills o ABAP knowledge would be an advantage o Good to have SAP FICO/ S/4HANA Financial Accounting Associate/ professional certification.
