Responsibilities:

Your role is key in enabling process transparency, harmonization and continuous improvement, supporting key initiatives such as transformations, process mining, and operational excellence in manufacturing and business units globally. Key Responsibilities Lead workshops with stakeholders (business, operations, quality, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.) to map "as-is" and define "to-be" business processes using Signavio tools. Drive user adoption of Signavio & conducting training for Signavio adoption. Configure and deploy Signavio modules: Process Manager Process Intelligence / Process Mining Process Governance Develop and maintain a Signavio factory (or centre of excellence) to support sustainable adoption: governance, training, templates, master data flows, roles & permissions Strong knowledge of process modelling notations: BPMN 2.0, EPC, etc. Experience working with SAP business processes and understanding of how process flows run across these. Data skills: ability to manage and prepare data for analysis, some skills with ETL tools, SQL, or BI visualization tools.

Requirements

Education:

The candidate must be any graduate (BE/B. Tech Preferable)


Good understanding of systems integration: APIs, data pipelines, connectors, etc. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to present to senior leadership. Familiarity with process governance frameworks, change management, standards, modelling best practices. Experience integrating Signavio with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow), workflow tools, or governance tools. Experience in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma etc.).
