Mandatory Skills 3 # 5 years with at-least one end-to-end implementation and Support project experience in Employee Central. Should be Success factors certified consultant in Employee Central & Performance Management modules. Preparing the req uirement documents & design documents of the requirement Experience in XML Configuration of Data Models. Experience in Business Rules, Associations and workflows. Roles Based Permissions, Proxy Management and Security Setup Experience in conf iguration of Foundation Objects and Generic Objects. Experience in Data migration, Picklist Management, MDF and Configuration UI. Configuring Position management & Global assignments. Experience in Master data upload on both Foundation Object ( FO) and Generic Object (GO). Candidate willingness to travel Other Skills: Client-facing experience Able to work within SAP and SuccessFactors HR Landscapes Able to work on project tasks as assigned based on implementation requirements, ofte n on multiple Clients within the same time period Able to work within a fast-paced environment Able to meet Client deliverables according to the agreed upon date time Able to perform well independently or collaborate as a strong team player and m ulti-task in a matrix environment Able to think outside of the box, research as needed and leverage information to determine solution Able to take the initiative with little direction to address business needs or opportunities once alignment is a chieved Able to self-manage multiple assignments during the same time period Able to independently maintain or seek the latest knowledge in areas of expertise, proactively knowledge share with team members .
