Requirements

High level requirements for SAP Concur Support Resource:

2-4 years' experience

Experience in SAP Concur design expertise, system configuration and ongoing project support

Experience working with technical issues and bug resolution.

Experience on resolving HR Feed import issues, creation of rules and policies

Worked and experience with audit rules and exceptions, custom text, modify profile page settings.

Experience with receipt rules, expense types, edit how users can add or configure attendees for each expense type, change form assignments to expense types, update account codes, update e-mail reminders.

Experience in additions, changes, and deletions of forms including configurable fields, text, and lists. Texts and message to be maintained in Concur Expense

Experience to host any documents or images used in custom messages, update site settings on request

Experience with travel policy rule classes, approvals, and rules including adding/creating new rules, removing, and updating existing rules
