Oversee the integration of SAP Commerce-Cust Service Func ensuring efficient customer service operations. - Provide expertise in SAP Commerce-Backoffice Func to streamline back-office processes and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP Commerce - WCMS Functional capabilities for better content management. - Drive the development and deployment of SAP Commerce - PCM Functional to manage product content effectively. Implement SAP Commerce - B2C Functional solutions to enhance customer engagement and sales processes. - Develop strategies for SAP Commerce - B2B Functional to improve business-to-business interactions and transactions. - Ensure the seamless operation of SAP Commerce solutions in a hybrid work model focusing on day shifts. - Utilize domain skills in OMICS Data Analysis OMOP FHIR and HL7 to support data-driven decision-making.
