. The role involves ensuring seamless data integrity between
SAP Employee Central (EC)
and connected systems. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying integration logic, identifying data issues, and supporting configuration and troubleshooting of employee data replication.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand integration interfaces and business rules behind SAP CPI integrations.
Serve as point of contact to clarify integration logic for technical teams.
Review Employee Central (EC) employee profiles to identify and resolve data errors.
Communicate with application owners regarding data received via API, CSV, SFTP, or IDOC.
Oversee configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of employee/organizational data replication.
Debug SAP ABAP programs and investigate issues (IDOC replication, infotype management, user lifecycle).
Resolve replication errors related to infotype mapping, data validation, and transformation logic.
Maintain mapping tables and transformation logic for accurate data transfer.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant data flows.
Document integration logic, troubleshooting steps, replication processes, and escalation paths.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience with SAP Employee Central and SAP HR modules.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP integrations (CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP, CSV).
Experience with SAP BADI implementation for HR and integration processes.
Proficiency in SAP ABAP debugging and HR transactions.
Experience configuring and supporting employee data replication between EC and SAP systems.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing IDOC processing, including error resolution and reprocessing.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
