About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM - Delivery Assurance Specialist to contribute to Schneider Electric's Global Monitoring Platform. This role will be a key part of Schneider Digital initiatives, focusing on enhancing monitoring automation, enabling proactive application monitoring, and increasing awareness of potential failure points across the end-to-end architecture. You will collaborate globally with various business units and ensure operational readiness through efficient communication, mitigation planning, and monitoring excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an independent thinker with strong curiosity toward systems and processes.
Plan, execute, and deliver projects effectively, communicating milestones, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand requirements and deployment strategies.
Coordinate with support, project, technology, and operations teams to drive successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
Track progress against goals/milestones and provide updates across all operational levels.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, eliminate redundancies, and enhance the quality of output.
Maintain and share documentation, project plans, reports, and deliverables with teams and leadership.
Technical Skills & Experience
Must Have:
Strong experience in SAP Cloud ALM and Solution Manager 7.2.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, Datasphere, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, and other SAP cloud services.
Good to Have:
Exposure to OpenTelemetry for observability.
Expertise in monitoring complex SAP landscapes with heterogeneous integrations.
Experience in:
SAP Cloud ALM environment setup & mandatory configurations
End-to-End business process monitoring
Integration & Exception Monitoring (SAP & Non-SAP)
Health Monitoring, Real User Monitoring
Ticketing tool integration (e.g., ServiceNow)
E2E monitoring across SAP & non-SAP components
Knowledge of SAP CHARM, Test Management, and associated workflows.
SAP functional and basic ABAP knowledge.
