Summary:
UST is looking for an experienced SAP CAR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Activity Repository implementations, support, and integrations. The role involves working on SAP CAR landscapes, POS data processing, and S/4HANA environments to deliver scalable retail solutions.
The Opportunity:
Work on end-to-end SAP CAR implementation and support projects for global retail clients
Manage and support SAP CAR landscapes ensuring high availability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with POS and other systems
Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernization initiatives
Drive best practices and continuous improvements in SAP CAR solutions
Support and maintain SAP CAR systems including issue resolution and performance tuning
Participate in minimum two end-to-end SAP CAR implementations
Handle POS DTA processing and integration with multiple source systems
Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to meet project objectives
Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and S/4HANA integration activities
What you need:
BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field
6-10 years of relevant experience in SAP CAR
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CAR support and landscape management
Proven exposure to POS DTA and SAP CAR system integrations
Good understanding of SAP retail processes and data flows
Required Skills:
SAP CAR configuration, monitoring, and support
POS DTA processing and troubleshooting
Integration of SAP CAR with POS, ECC/S/4HANA, and other systems
SAP CAR architecture and data replication concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
SAP CAR certification is an added advantage
Exposure to SAP retail solutions and analytics
Knowledge of SAP best practices and project methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related discipline
SAP CAR certification preferred but not mandatory
