Description: ASAR Digital is currently seeking SAP C4C/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Architects to join its growing our SAP CX practice in India. If you are passionate, innovative, focused, and excited about SAP CX Solutions, ASAR is a place to join!

Responsibilities:

• Ability to walk through Sales and Service Business processes with the client, and single handedly carry out end-to-end system configuration for Sales and Service processes (both standalone and integrated with SAP ERP/S4HANA).
• Extremely strong communication skills and work very closely with the Business to gather new requirements and drive business value.
• Experience Quarterly upgrade process, upgrade testing, and system refresh from the production environment
• Experience Integration between C4C and SAP SAP ERP/S4HANA On-Premise/Cloud using SAP CPI/BTP
• Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and experience in the creation of extension fields is a must
• Experience with Mash-ups, Web services, and integration with external systems
• Experience in the building data source for new business objects.
• Experience with preparing process flows, business process documents, business requirements documents, functional specifications documents, and test scripts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Min 5 years of experience in IT (at least 2 years relevant hands-on experience in SAP C4C/Sales/Service Cloud)
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Should have experience in Functional Architecture Design.
• Should be proficient in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.
• Should have knowledge in Business Analysis & Software Engineering.
• Excellent Communications skills
