SAP C4C Consultant:
Job Location-Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida/Kolkata/Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements related to customer engagement and sales activities.
• Configure and customize SAP C4C modules including Sales, Service Cloud to align with business needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers to deliver effective SAP C4C solutions.
• Provide support for SAP C4C incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate deployments.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, business processes, and user guides.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP C4C solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C enhancements, updates, and best practices.
