Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP BW/4HANA Faculty to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in SAP BW/BI and HANA environments, with strong expertise in data modeling, extraction, reporting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:


Design and deliver comprehensive training modules for SAP BW/4HANA concepts including:

Data Warehousing fundamentals

SAP BW architecture and components

Data modeling (InfoObjects, ADSO, Composite Providers)

ETL processes (DataSources, Transformations, DTPs)

BW on HANA specific features (LSA++, HANA Views, ODP)

Integration with SAP HANA Studio and Eclipse

Reporting using BEx, Analysis for Office, or embedded BW tools

Performance tuning and best practices


Develop course materials, exercises, real-time scenarios, and case studies.


Conduct online/offline sessions for individuals or batches, ensuring interactive and practical learning.


Clarify students' doubts, provide mentorship, and conduct assessments to track progress.


Stay updated with latest SAP releases, updates, and best practices.


Support curriculum updates based on industry trends and learner feedback.


Coordinate with training coordinators, admin teams, and management for scheduling and student management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP BW and HANA implementation/support/training.

Strong practical exposure to SAP BW/4HANA concepts, modeling, extraction, and reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

SAP certification in BW/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory).
