About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Senior Consultant with strong expertise in BW/4HANA, ABAP CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP BW development, data modeling, and reporting, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills to interact directly with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BW/4HANA implementation projects (minimum 3 4 full cycles).
• Design, build, and enhance data models and flows following LSA++ architecture.
• Develop and optimize BW transformations using ABAP routines and AMDP.
• Work with standard and custom BW DataSources, including ABAP CDS views with delta extraction.
• Manage process chains, data loads, and issue resolution using BW Cockpit.
• Create and enhance BEx Queries to support SAC dashboards and reports.
• Deliver SAC solutions including story design, data connectivity, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for BW/4HANA systems integrated with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and 3rd party systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across the landscape.
• Work closely with business users to capture requirements, create BRDs, functional & technical design documents.
• Manage authorizations and roles for BW/4HANA and SAC.
• Support testing, documentation, and go-live activities for new developments and enhancements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and propose best practices.
• Use CHARM process in Solution Manager for transporting BW objects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, LSA++ architecture, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in ABAP (routines, AMDP) and ABAP CDS views.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) story design, dashboards, connectivity.
• Experience with BEx Queries as reporting data sources.
• Hands-on with process chain monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience with multi-source integration (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, 3rd party).
• Good understanding of authorizations and roles in BW/4HANA & SAC.
• Ability to document business and technical requirements independently.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
