Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes
- Experience in data modeling and database design
- Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
