Experience: 2 to 5 Years Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Position: 3 Location: Pune, Pashan Skills: SAP B 1, HANA Db / MsSQL, BEAS with Produmex, Technical Support , MS \xe2\x80\x93 Office Desired Profile:
Should have Knowledge of SAP Business One. Need standard SBO, Be.as and Produmex experience to be able to independently support client issues.
- Good communications skills to serve clients.
- Experience in an ERP implementation role with SAP B1 (HANA and/or SQL) is required, Beas experience is preferred, other manufacturing software solution experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience with software implementations, operational accounting, manufacturing, or other applicable business processes.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working within an SAP B1 Partner would be add advantage
- Teamwork - Consultants need to work in a tightly knit team supporting and complementing their colleagues.
- Problem Solving - Consultants need to demonstrate that they are flexible and persistent in their approach to work and have a logical problem-solving method of completing tasks.
- Technical skills - An understanding of how business systems should operate to support a client\xe2\x80\x99s business.
- Database Knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 HANA & MS SQL.
- Office skills \xe2\x80\x93 In depth knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with SQL or HANA query development, Crystal Reports development, and data migration.
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP B1 and any identified solutions in the Manufacturing space, including but not limited to Beas.
- Need to be able to act knowledgeably and decisively.
- To support SAP B1 clients on various issues and provide resolutions.
- To configure SAP Business One to meet agreed requirements.
- To support the sales team during presales with workshops and demonstrations and proposal documentation
- To manage integration to external systems, including eCommerce systems
- To maintain product knowledge
- To provide technical support to existing Business One clients
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP B1 and any identified solutions in the Manufacturing space, including but not limited to Beas.
