Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One IT Support Specialist to manage and support our SAP environment. This role will be the single point of contact for all SAP B1-related activities, ensuring smooth system operations, user support, training, and process optimization across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP B1 System Management - License & role administration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination.

User Support & Training - Daily end-user support, onboarding, manuals, and periodic workshops.

Business Process Optimization - Map workflows, identify pain points, and recommend automation.

Process Control & Digitalisation - Implement alerts, validations, digital tools, and integrations.

Project & Change Management - Handle upgrades, enhancements, and system-related projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in SAP B1 (support/admin role).

? Strong knowledge of Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics processes.

? Ability to configure UDFs, queries, and dashboards in SAP B1.

? Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.

? Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to Have:

? Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL, or SAP B1 SDK.

? Knowledge of WMS, mobile SAP solutions, APIs, and integrations.

? Background in food processing, manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry.
